Let’s Stay Healthy!

Get ready for another One Mile a Day Challenge! This Challenge will last for 6 weeks.

1 Mile a day – Bike/Walk/Run/Row/Hike/Sport

Indoors/Outdoors

Machine/No Machine

How to keep Track

You must submit a photo of you activity or a screen shot of an app you use. 

You must complete 1 FULL CONSISTENT MILE. The amount of time it takes, does not apply.

Purpose of this Challenge

Keep individuals focused on their health goals during a time where we need to focus on ourselves and our well being.

An APP that is already downloaded on all Samsung Phones

Photo 1: App Selection

Photo 2: Choose your exercise – Under the exercise category choose the workout you are about to do. Walk, run, or bike.

Photo 3: Start: Once you’ve selected your exercise it will bring you to the last screen. Select “START” to get going!

 

MAP MY RUN – MAP MY WALK – MAP MY RIDE

Same user name and login as My Fitness Pal (Parent Company)

Desktop or phone app

On the desktop version pre-plan your exercise before you do it. Enjoy your route? Save it for future use.

Have the app? When you’re ready to move click the button at the bottom of the screen “START WORKOUT”

FITBIT | APPLE WATCH | GARMIN | ADDITIONAL SMART WATCHES

Using your watch begin your workout with a tap of the finger tips.

Once your workout is complete your information should magically appear in the provided app with your device.
