Steve Zemaitatis Jr. announces Riggs Distler has been awarded five (5) new Mechanical Maintenance Contracts in Connecticut. Steve shares, “I would like to couple this with the strong performance RDC has executed in two (2) NRG facilities in MD as a leading reason to the award of additional NRG plants.  I would also like to acknowledge Chris Miller’s efforts in great execution in MD and leading the new opportunity proposal process for the plants in CT.”

The Maintenance Contracts will be performed by our Boilermakers. Scope includes:

General Maintenance, Steam Tube Repairs, Boiler Repairs, Casing Repairs, Generating Tube Repairs, Rotating Equipment Maintenance & Alignment, Tube Sampling, Overlaying, Burner Repair, Heavy Rigging, Catalyst Removal & Installation.

Connecticut Jet Power | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned: 142 MW

Devon Power Plant | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned: 223 MW

Middletown | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned: 762 MW

Montville | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned: 491 MW

Norwalk Harbor |Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned: 352 MW

Existing Maryland Plants:

Indian River | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned 784 MW

Vienna | Fuel Type: Oil | Generation Owned 167 MW
