What is changing today?
Centuri is adopting a new visual identity that reflects a unified brand strategy for our family of companies. Our company logos for Centuri as a whole now share similar elements to emphasize the One Team culture that distinguishes us among our peers. This logo mark change is a continuation of the brand development we began last year. It is a part of how we’re telling the story of our company, how we operate, and how we’re aligning to best serve our customers in a new compelling way for our expanding audience of stakeholders as we prepare for our transition to a standalone, publicly held company.
Why are we changing our brand?
Over the last 10 years, Centuri has transformed into a premier infrastructure services company, providing electric and natural gas utility services to energy providers coast to coast in the U.S. and in parts of Canada. Our commitment to best-in-class performance and strategic growth have brought us to where we are today – a trusted partner to our customers, distinguished by our culture and values, with a proven track record of growing our business to match customer needs and geographies. Our brand is evolved to tell this story.
There’s a strong rationale for adopting a shared logo mark.
To demonstrate the full strength and scale of our operating companies harnessed to meet the needs of our diversified customer base.
To raise the visibility of all entities that are part of the Centuri family.
To powerfully make the point that we are One Team working together to serve our clients.
A unified brand identity adds value to operating companies by:
Demonstrating strength, maturity, and resources as part of a larger organization.
Reflecting the ability to meet needs in other parts of customers’ businesses by demonstrating connectedness across Centuri companies.
Increasing visibility and raising the profile of all companies.
How does this support our strategy with customers?
Our visual identity helps to communicate the collective value we offer as we engage customers with diversified service offering to meet needs across their similarly organized businesses.
How will these changes roll out?
Our new logos have already been applied on our websites, social media, One Connect, and several other internal digital resources. The brand team will work with all departments over the next few months to update paychecks, forms, documents, and digital sites with the new logos.
We are working with approved suppliers for updated business cards and stationery, PPE and decals, fleet decals, apparel and giveaways.
It’s possible you will see the old logos on PPE, fleet vehicles and equipment, and building signage for some time as inventory is depleted as the new brand is phased in.
Do I need to dispose of items with our former logo?
There is no need to dispose of any items with the prior logo.
What else can I expect?
A change this big doesn’t happen all at once. Please be patient if you see older versions of the logo and know we intend to include every asset. We expect our brand update to continue in phases over the next 18 months.
How are we letting our customers and other business partners know about these changes?
Corporate and Operations leaders will inform customers, suppliers, subcontractors, union halls, and other key partners about our brand change.
Should I expect my company’s name to change to Centuri in the future?
No. There is value in the names, histories, and individuality of all our operating companies, which is why preserving those names is part of our brand strategy. Aligning all Centuri companies under a shared logo mark signals our unified approach to customer service.
Am I a Centuri employee?
Centuri is the collective organization of more than 12,000 employees working across different parts of the business to serve our customers (not just the corporate office). As we are all part of Centuri, we are all Centuri employees.
